Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

PixelLookout respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, the providers that help us operate the site, and the choices available to you.

1. Who controls your information

H‑ESPRIT‑PRO LLC owns and operates PixelLookout and acts as the data controller for information collected through pixellookout.com.

H‑ESPRIT‑PRO LLC
1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways:

  • Information you provide: your email address and subscription choices when you join our newsletter, plus your name, email address, subject, and message when you contact us.
  • Technical information: limited server, browser, device, security, referral, and page-request data that our infrastructure needs to deliver and protect the site.
  • Partner interaction data: subscription status from Brevo and interaction data generated when you use embedded Google features, affiliate links, or future advertising tools.

3. Why we use it

We use information to deliver the site, secure it, answer messages, manage newsletter subscriptions, measure and improve our services, prevent fraud and abuse, honour legal requests, and protect our rights. Depending on the context, we rely on consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, or a legal obligation.

4. Newsletter and contact services

Brevo processes newsletter subscriptions and contact conversations for us. We use double opt-in for the newsletter. You can unsubscribe through the link in every marketing email. We do not sell or rent subscriber email addresses.

5. Cookies and embedded services

Our site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies for essential operation and third-party features. The Google Preferred Sources button and Brevo services operate under their own privacy terms. Read our Cookies Policy for the current categories and controls.

6. Advertising and affiliate links

PixelLookout may earn money from clearly identified advertising and qualifying affiliate actions. Retailers, affiliate networks, or advertisers may process click and conversion information under their own policies. We explain the commercial relationship in our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Who receives information

Authorised H‑ESPRIT‑PRO personnel and service providers may access information only when they need it to provide hosting, security, email, contact, analytics, advertising, affiliate attribution, or technical support. We may also disclose information when law requires it, when we need to protect people or the service, or as part of a lawful company transaction.

8. International transfers

H‑ESPRIT‑PRO LLC is established in the United States, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an appropriate legal mechanism.

9. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose described above, reasonable follow-up, security, accounting, or legal requirements. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a copy of your information; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to your local data protection authority. Email Contact@hespritpro.com. We may request enough information to verify your identity and protect your account or data.

11. Children

PixelLookout does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If local law requires parental consent at a higher age, children should use interactive features only with that consent. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information so we can review and delete it where required.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Send privacy questions to Contact@hespritpro.com.
