Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 31, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of PixelLookout. By using pixellookout.com, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. Publisher

H‑ESPRIT‑PRO LLC owns and operates PixelLookout from 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach the company at Contact@hespritpro.com or +1 (307) 225-7860.

2. Editorial purpose

PixelLookout publishes PC gaming news, reviews, performance guidance, buying advice, deals, and related commentary for general information. We work to keep our coverage accurate and useful, but games, drivers, prices, stock, promotions, specifications, and software behaviour can change without notice. Verify time-sensitive details with the relevant developer, platform, retailer, or manufacturer before acting.

3. Your use of the site

You may browse and share links to PixelLookout for lawful, personal use. You must not disrupt the service, probe systems without permission, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, scrape the site at scale, republish substantial content, or use the site to break the law or another person’s rights.

4. Accounts, comments, and submissions

If we introduce accounts, comments, competitions, or user submissions, you must provide accurate information and remain responsible for what you submit. You must not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, deceptive, private, or malicious content. We may moderate or remove submissions and restrict access when reasonably necessary, but we do not promise to monitor every submission.

5. Intellectual property

H‑ESPRIT‑PRO LLC or its licensors own PixelLookout’s original text, design, code, graphics, databases, logos, photographs, video, and other protected material. Applicable law may allow limited quotation, linking, criticism, or other fair uses. Any broader copying, commercial reuse, automated extraction, or republication requires written permission.

6. Affiliate links, advertising, and samples

We may earn a commission when you purchase, install, register, or complete another qualifying action through selected links. A retailer pays that commission; it does not normally increase your price. We also may display advertising or publish clearly labelled sponsored content. Commercial relationships do not buy favourable editorial conclusions. Read our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Third-party services

PixelLookout links to stores, platforms, game publishers, software providers, social networks, and other third parties. They control their own services, prices, availability, security, and terms. We do not endorse every statement on a linked site and cannot accept responsibility for a third party’s service.

8. Giveaways and promotions

Any giveaway, survey, beta access offer, or promotion may carry separate rules. Those rules will control if they conflict with these general terms.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We provide the site on an “as available” basis. We may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or withdraw any feature or content. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H‑ESPRIT‑PRO LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use PixelLookout. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

11. Governing law

Wyoming law, United States, governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming will resolve disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version published when you use the site applies from its stated update date. Questions may be sent to Contact@hespritpro.com.
